Emmy and I woke up on Valentine's Day to find a nice surprise from Daddy! A beautiful bouquet of red roses for mommy and a pretty white rose and gift for Emmy - what a thoughtful dad! He was so excited to get a flower for his little girl. We love you so much, Jake, and are so lucky to have such a wonderful husband and dad! Happy Valentine's Day!

Way to go on the inches lost. That's awesome dedication-5 days a week! Congrats! And congrats on J becoming a US citizen, what a crazy story. And of course Binga is so cute! I just love her dark hair and she has so much of it. Little girls really are the best!
