Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy Valentine's Day!!! We had a great day at our house. We actually celebrated on Friday night to avoid the crowds of Saturday. Jake came home from work with a beautiful bouquet of long-stemmed red roses - he really does spoil me! And he brought home a pretty white rose for Emmy. This has become a tradition. And he's excited because next year he'll get to bring home two white roses, one for each of his girls (he really loves having daughters - he was totally rooting for another girl and he got his wish!). We went to dinner and a movie, "Confessions of a Shopaholic". I was so excited to see that movie. I've read all of the Shopaholic books and they are so fun! The movie lived up to my expectations! And thanks to my parents for watching a sick Emmy, who, by-the-way, is still sick, poor girl. We should be at church right now, but instead we are watching "The Little Mermaid" :)

Emmy with her daddy - she just adores him, and he adores her!

My beautiful flowers!

And I had to end with a little note to my wonderful husband. I really don't know how I lucked out with him! I talk about it all the time with my parents. They told me last week that they couldn't have hand-picked a better son-in-law. He is such a great guy who honors his Priesthood, treats me like a Queen, and treats his little girl like a little princess. We love you so much, honey! Happy Valentine's Day!

I love the white rose tradition for daughters. Oh so cute! And congrats on girl #2. Your baby bump is absolutely darling, you look fantastic. Pregnancy is a beautiful thing, although I can say I'm glad to not be pregnant anymore :)

I'm excited to see the movie. The reviews are never great for that genre.
